The following sections will provide you with all the specifics of Paizley’s privacy policy. We do keep information about you on our system (such as your name, address, and email address), please note that we will never disclose this information to third parties unless we are either compelled to by law, or required to in order to complete business transactions that you have initiated. What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, abandon cart or subscribe to our newsletter. Any data or information that we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional. The following information will be collected:

  • Shipping address: residential address of company address

  • Third party information. Here we will request the shipping address of a 3rd party should you want us to deliver the goods to someone other than yourself

We use all the information that we collect from our customers to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features of the Website and related services, and as may be necessary to comply with any relevant laws.

These security measures include: We store the personal information of our Customers and Visitors on our servers in South Africa, but we control all such personal information. SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers such as credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.).

You should not divulge your Account password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited telephone call or e-mail. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.

If you would like to review or change the details that you have supplied us with at any time you can either amend your details directly by going to your ‘Account’ section in the top right corner and choosing Update your profile or by contacting us on sales@paizley.co.za. Please note that our operating hours are as follows: Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 16:00, however we are closed on Christmas & New Year’s Day.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

You are not given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communication from Paizley regarding a purchase that you have made on our website. This is because we need to keep you informed about all the necessary details regarding your order. However you can opt-out of receiving various other types of communications from us, being as follows:

Sporadic alerts about exclusive discounts, special offers, sales and competitions and other marketing communications

Regular newsletters to inform you about offers, hot products and other things that may be of interest to you

Service communications concerning activity on your Account such as to notify you about a voucher you have received from us, or to remind you of unordered items in your online basket or vouchers approaching expiry which you haven’t yet redeemed.

While we do our best to act on your preferences as soon as we can, please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for changes to your preferences concerning newsletters or service emails to take effect.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. We may amend this Policy at any time. The revised version will apply to Visitors with effect from the time we post it.
