Track Your Order
Your order can be tracked on our courier’s website, www.thecourierguy.co.za. Simply type in your Waybill number in the Track & Trace section and voila! You can track exactly where you parcel is lying!
Alternatively, get in touch with our sales department, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to assist you.
If your parcel goes missing, or the contents are damaged, we will replace the items at no cost to you. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information. Please note that we will need to wait 15 working days before being able to replace or refund lost items that don’t come up on a trace.
