Delivery Policy

Delivery lead times

We require 7-10 working days for processing time which includes the delivery time. 

Orders will only be dispatched by us once full payment has been received and reflects in Paizley’s bank account.

Once dispatched, your goods will be delivered to you within the following time frames:

Major Centers: Within 2 Business Days

Regional/Outlying Areas: Within 4 Business Days

You will receive a notification from us once your goods have been dispatched – keep a look out for the email in your inbox! It will contain your waybill reference number to help you track your order!

Tracking your order

Your order can be tracked on our courier’s website, www.thecourierguy.co.za. Simply type in your Waybill number in the Track & Trace section and voila! You can track exactly where you parcel is!

Alternatively, get in touch with our sales department, either by emailing sales@paizley.co.za and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We do not accept accountability of any loss or damages once your package has been dispatched. Any losses or damages will need to be taken up with the courier company.

Collection by you

We unfortunately do not offer collection at this point due to time constraints, all orders are subject to Delivery only and by our Partnered courier company – The Courier Guy
